Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically update within 24 to 48 hours.

You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or on our website's tracking page using your order number.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Guaxroz Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Damaged, Stolen, or Lost Packages

Guaxroz Pets is committed to customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@guaxroz.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or resolution.
