1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.
2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer transparent shipping options to meet your needs:

4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a Tracking Number. You can track your order directly through our website or via the carrier's portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
Guaxroz LLC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit if the shipping address provided was incorrect. However, if your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us at info@guaxroz.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot redirect your package.
